A Note to Users Outside of the United States. Your Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
Types of Data We Collect. “Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data. “Anonymous Data” means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons. We collect Personal Data and Anonymous Data, as described below.
User Provided Data. Each Application obtains information that you provide when you download and subscribe to Premium of the Application. Subscription with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Applications unless you subscribe to us. When you subscribe with us and/or use an Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, and other registration information; (b) your age and gender; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; and (d) information that is entered into our system when you use the Applications. We may also use the information that you provide to us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Information Collected from Third Party Companies. We may receive Personal and/or Anonymous Data about you from companies that provide our Applications by way of a co-branded or private-labeled website or companies that advertise their products and/or services through our Applications. These third party companies may supply us with Personal Data,. We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you.
Use of Your Personal Data. In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. Data taken from Apple itunes is never sold nor shared with 3rd parties or used for advertising purposes.
Creation of Anonymous Data. We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that make the data personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Applications. We reserves the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties, including but not limited to our research partners, in its sole discretion.
Third Party Service Providers. We may share your Personal Data with third party service providers who work on our behalf. These third party service providers are required not to use your Personal Data other than to provide the services requested by kirus.pro.
Permissions. For certain functions, the apps need to be able to access certain services and data of your device, this may require you express agreement to the accessing. Below, we will explain to you – what authorisations the apps requests and what these are necessary for. a) Push notifications: Should you click OK in the request “Enable push notifications” , you are permitting the apps to inform you of certain events and topics by means of push notification (for example a new tip), even if the apps are not currently open. The notifications can take place by means of sounds, reports and/or symbol letter (a picture of a number on the app icon). b) Background updating: This function enables the apps to download data in the background and to update this, even if the apps are not currently open or are not being actively used. c) Mobile data: This function enables the apps to download and update data outside of a WLAN network via mobile data connections (for example GSM, UMTS or LTE).
Data Sharing and Advertising. To the extent feasible, we only use your data in an anonymized, hashed or obfuscated way. We only use personally identifiable information to the extent required to provide our services. We may share your data with third parties in the ways that are described in this Privacy Statement. We may disclose your data (a) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, (b) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, (c) with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the data we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement, and (d) with third party advertising networks and analytics companies as described below.
We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage.
Managing Your Data. You can stop all collection of data by the App easily by uninstalling the App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your device or via the application marketplace or network. Most modern devices provide advertising identifiers. These identifiers have different names depending on the brand of your device. For example, they are called Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS/Apple devices, and Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android devices. These operating systems let you see your advertising identifier in the settings of your device, and you control how it is used. It includes options for you to change your identifier and opt out of cross-app advertising. The features or functionality hereof may change at the discretion of the operating systems. To opt out of the use of data collected by our advertising partners across different applications to serve ads that are targeted to your interests, please consult the settings available on your device (for instance ‘Limit Ad Tracking’ on your iOS/Apple device and ‘Opt out of interest-based ads’ on your Android device).
Data Retention Policy. Your Choices Regarding Your Personal Data. We will retain User Provided Data for as long as you use the Applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like us to delete User Provided Data, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Applications to function properly, and we may be required to retain certain information by law.
Changes to Personal Data. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by us by sending an e-mail to the address set forth below, but please note that we may be required to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may retain your information for fraud or similar purposes.
Security of Your Personal Data. Kirus.pro is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data. We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we limit access to your Personal Data to employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve out Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonably security for information that we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. Therefore, while kirus.pro uses reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Data, kirus.pro cannot guarantee its absolute security.
